Who We Are

Kuleana.work is a community-run non-profit.  This means that all funds go back into the project itself or into the community.  Additionally, there is no paid staff on our team, everyone is a volunteer who supports the daily operations of the workspace.

A cozy place to bring your laptop with AC, Kuleana.work is a coworking space in Lihue Kauai, offering community seating & private desks.

Here on Kauai more of us are working from laptops in coffee shops. We’re entrepreneurs, digital designers, remote professionals, writers, artists, inventors, and people with plans. Kuleana.work is a community helping all these people – local and visiting – connect and do better work.

We provide space and a connection to people who feel kuleana, a sense of accountability and responsibility, for yourself and others in the community. It’s about hands-on learning, transformation, and making things around you better.

We’re passionate about connecting people who feel this way, and we’re building a community – a physical coworking space and a network of people – to help encourage kuleana on Kauai.
