Jennifer Jones-Patulli

Cohort Management and Leadership Development

Jennifer Jones-Patulli is a trailblazer in conflict management, known for transforming leadership across diverse sectors. With over 20 years of experience and a unique methodological approach, she’s become a trusted coach, mediator, and consultant.

After a decade of mediating workplace conflicts, Jennifer felt frustrated with traditional conflict resolution methods. It was like trying to empty the ocean with a single bucket. Over the next several years, she started looking for a way to drive real, systemic change, and went on to incorporate transformative ideas from complexity sciences, Human Systems Dynamics, and Power Intelligence into her practice. Jennifer went from resolving conflicts one at a time to developing leaders who can not only manage conflict but turn conflict into a catalyst for positive change. She wasn’t aiming for just conflict competency; she was crafting a new kind of leadership that transformed conflict into an opportunity for growth and innovation, that didn’t try to empty the ocean but found a way to ride the waves.

Jennifer has an impressive record in working in high-stakes conflicts for major government departments and organizations, including the Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II Canadian procurement, the Canada Border Services Agency Arming Initiative, the ReThink Health initiative by Rippel, and the Yukon Midwifery Program.

Jennifer’s commitment to the productive potential of conflict continues to inspire and empower leaders.

Jennifer is co-editor of The Essential Mary Parker Follett.
