Coursera
This is our first stop for courses to deepen our skills. Coursera is great for introductory experiences and skill-sharpening, as well as a great deal for budget-conscious folks who dive into a number of ongoing classes. We find the course and instructor ratings to be reliable, and availability of syllabi and program information available to determine if a class is for you to be refreshing; when reading a course description there isn’t a strong vibe one is being sold to.

Miro is our go-to collaborative whiteboarding tool that helps us visualize our workflows and share ideas seamlessly across the board. Notebook LM
This tool serves as our research and idea management go-to, helping us delve deeper into topics and streamline our thinking process. Maze
We utilize Maze to assess web experiences, for ourselves and orgs we partner with. Maze's powerful platform enables us to create tests quickly, recruit the right participants efficiently, and gain actionable insights swiftly. This approach helps us ensure our design decisions or advice we give are informed by real user data, enhancing usability and customer satisfaction. Maze research efforts are also easy to stand up; definitely a bonus for us as we work with different tools.
